Mental Health First Response (MHFR) Philippines and Pathways Mental Health Services (PMHS) in Olympia, WA USA provides graduate-level clinical internship to the following Universities. The list below is our current and previous University partners in the USA and in the Philippines.

Why Intern at MHFR & PMHS?

Program of Study:
- Master or PhD/DMFT in Marital or Couple & Family Therapy
- Master or PhD in Mental Health or Guidance Counseling
- Master of Arts/Science in Addiction Counseling
- Master or PhD in Psychology
- Must be enrolled in Graduate level (Master or Doctorate) Mental Health or Guidance Counseling, MFT, Addiction, or Psychology program.
- Must maintain student eligibility for the duration of the internship.
- Must adhere to the ethical standards of the Psychology or Counseling professions.
- Our internship clinical supervision is mixed with US and Greek clinical interns. It is weekly clinical supervision of cases and clinical feedback/review.
- Site Affiliation Fee: Our internship is NOT free to compensate for our Clinical Supervisor's time.
- Must purchase and complete the MHFR training online.
- Registered Psychometricians (RPm) will have priority to intern with us.
- A resume that includes the following information:
- Contact information, including email
- Completed coursework (unit/credit hours)
- List of training completed to date (Continuing education or CPD)
- Work/volunteer experience, including the work schedule and hours, worked per week, as well as dates of employment, title, series, and grade, if applicable.
- The University supervisor's name, phone number, and email address for reference background checks.

- Letter of Intent. Why would you like to intern at Mental Health First Response?
- Current transcript: An unofficial copy is sufficient for the application. Transcripts MUST include the student's name, name of the school, current GPA/academic standing, past and current coursework, and degree program. If your school's transcripts or documentation provide only some of the information listed above, you should include additional official academic documentation that meets the requirements.
- Internship contract or Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from the University - after acceptance.
- NBI Clearance or Police Clearance - after acceptance.
- Proof of enrollment may include a screenshot of the semester class schedule, an official letter of enrollment, or an official transcript. The document should show the academic institution where the student is actively enrolled in courses, the degree or certificate program, and enrollment of at least a half-time status (as defined by the academic institution).

- Once accepted to the internship program, you may forward the NBI or police clearance and the MOA.
